Important to know as well is that it is not possible to keep your current phone number when you take out a mobile or fixed phone subscription with Scarlet. Do not forget to inform important institutes and organizations (e.g. the government) and your family and friends about this change!
Do you currently already have a contract with a Belgium telecom provider? Switching of provider can be done in three ways:
- Call CallMePower for help with taking out a contract with Scarlet and cancelling your current contract.
- Take out a new contract yourself and inform Scarlet that you want to use Easy Switch and/or that you want to keep your current phone number. Scarlet will then take care of cancelling your current contract(s).
- Take out a new contract and cancel your current contract yourself.
After taking out a new contract with Scarlet, it is important to make sure that you send back all the equipment that you rented or loaned from your old provider back to them. If you do not do so, you may be charged a fee.
