Yes, with four providers: BASE App TV, TV VLAANDEREN (Basic / Basic+ / APP TV), FASTfiber and Mixtus (both resellers of TV VLAANDEREN). At Proximus, Telenet, Orange, Scarlet, TADAAM and VOO, TV is only available bundled with broadband (and optionally mobile).

A traditional decoder (Proximus Pickx, Telenet TV Iconic) is a physical box placed between your internet modem and TV. A streaming TV formula (BASE App TV, TV VLAANDEREN APP TV, TADAAM) works without a decoder — you download an app on smart TV, mobile, tablet, Apple TV or Chromecast. Streaming is cheaper and more flexible, but requires a reliable internet connection.
Since 2025, most providers have a DAZN option (formerly Eleven Sports) for the Jupiler Pro League: Proximus (Pickx Sports €16.99 / mo), Telenet (Play Sports €19.95 / mo), Orange (DAZN option €10.99 / mo), VOO (VOOsport €5 / mo). TV VLAANDEREN Basic+ and APP TV include DAZN as standard.
With most providers, no — TV is bundled with broadband for commercial reasons. If you really want TV only, choose BASE App TV, TV VLAANDEREN, FASTfiber or Mixtus. If you already have broadband with another provider? A streaming TV formula works on top of any existing internet connection.
It varies widely. Orange TV Lite: 5 devices at the same time. TADAAM: 3 devices. TV VLAANDEREN APP TV: 5 devices connected, 2 screens playing simultaneously. Proximus Pickx and Telenet TV Iconic: typically 1 decoder + 2-3 mobile devices. For large families, check this detail before subscribing.
