What Do You Need To Do With a Move?
Are you a customer with Lycamobile, and do you plan on moving within Belgium? If you only have a mobile subscription, it is sufficient to only change your address in the My Lycamobile customer zone.
If you are moving abroad, you cannot keep your Lycamobile subscription. Therefore, you would need to cancel the contract. To do so, you need to send a mail to the Lycamobile customer service.
