Once you have used all your call credit, you have to reload the sim card. This can be done online in My Vikings, through SMS by buying a reloading-ticket, automatically or by using Viking points.
You can reload the Mobile Vikings prepaid card with 10€, 15€, 20€ or 25€. Once you do so, you will also receive extra mobile data and minutes, for free. Moreover, it will be possible to call for free to other Mobile Vikings numbers.

Cancelling a Mobile Vikings Contract
Cancelling your Mobile Vikings contract can be done in several ways:
- Take out a contract with another provider, and inform them during the ordering process that you would like to use Easy Switch (when switching for internet and possibly television) and / or that you would like to keep your phone number (when switching for mobile phone). Your new provider will then cancel your contract with Mobile Vikings.

What Do You Need To Do With a Move?
Are you a customer with Mobile Vikings, and do you plan on moving within Belgium? If you only have a mobile subscription, it is sufficient to only change your address in the My Viking customer zone. If you have the Mobile Vikings prepaid card, you need to contact the Mobile Vikings customer service.
Do you, however, have a broadband subscription (regardless whether this is with or without mobile), then you need to contact the Mobile Vikings customer service through phone or webform. It is important that you do this at least 3 to 4 weeks before the move date, and 6 weeks if there is not yet a connection to the Proximus network.
If you are moving abroad, you cannot keep your Mobile Vikings subscription. Therefore, you would need to cancel the contract. You can do this yourself in the My Vikings customer zone.
