Cancelling a hey telecom Contract
Cancelling your hey telecom contract can be done in several ways:
- Take out a contract with another provider, and inform them during the ordering process that you would like to use Easy Switch (when switching for internet and possibly television) and / or that you would like to keep your phone number (when switching for mobile phone). Your new provider will then cancel your contract with hey telecom.

What Do You Need To Do With a Move?
Are you a customer with hey telecom, and do you plan on moving within Belgium? If you only have a mobile subscription, it is sufficient to only change your address in the my hey! customer zone.
To move your internet subscription, you also need to go to my hey!, where you inform hey telecom about your move and when the installation can take place in your new house. This should be done at least three weeks before the move.
If you are moving abroad, you cannot keep your hey telecom subscription. Therefore, you would need to cancel the contract. To do so, you need to fill out the webform.
