How Can You Take Out a DIGI Subscription?
You can take out a DIGI subscription yourself through the DIGI website. Find the mobile or broadband plan and click on the price. You will then be sent to the ordering process. For broadband you also have to do an eligibility test, since it is not everywhere in Belgium possible to take out a DIGI broadband subscription.

Cancelling a DIGI Contract
Cancelling your DIGI contract can be done in several ways:
- Take out a contract with another provider, and inform them during the ordering process that you would like to use Easy Switch (when switching for internet and possibly television) and / or that you would like to keep your phone number (when switching for mobile phone). Your new provider will then cancel your contract with DIGI.
- Call the telecom advisors of CallMePower for help with cancelling your DIGI contract, and taking out a new contract with a different provider: +32 2588 2547.
- Contact the DIGI customer service by phone or through the webform to cancel your contract by yourself.

What Do You Need To Do With a Move?
Are you a customer with DIGI, and do you plan on moving within Belgium? If you only have a mobile subscription, it is sufficient to only change your address in the My BASE customer zone. If you have the BASE prepaid card, you need to visit a BASE shop to change the address.
Do you, however, have a broadband subscription (regardless whether this is with or without mobile), then you need to contact the DIGI customer service through the webform. It is important that you do this at least 3 to 4 weeks before the move date, and 6 weeks if there is not yet a connection to the Proximus network.
If you are moving abroad, you cannot keep your DIGI subscription. Therefore, you would need to cancel the contract. To do so, you need to call the DIGI customer service or fill out the webform.
