Telenet Prepaid
Telenet also offers prepaid cards. In comparison to many other prepaid cards, you can use the Telenet prepaid card as much as you like. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice for the costs that you have made that month. This means that you will receive an invoice every month, but the height of the invoice can differ from month to month.

Telenet Fixed Line
The fixed line of Telenet allows you to call unlimited, between 4pm and 8am and in the weekend to fixed lines in Belgium. Moreover, you receive 2,000 minutes to call to mobile numbers in Belgium, fixed and mobile numbers in Europe, Canada and the United Stated, and to fixed numbers in Morocco and Turkey.
The Telenet fixed line can be taken out on its own, or as part of a pack with internet, and possibly mobile phone and / or television. The monthly price for the fixed line through Telenet is 26,97€.
How Can You Take Out a Telenet Subscription?

Cancelling a Telenet Contract
Cancelling your Telenet contract can be done in several ways:
- Take out a contract with another provider, and inform them during the ordering process that you would like to use Easy Switch (when switching for internet and possibly television) and / or that you would like to keep your phone number (when switching for mobile phone). Your new provider will then cancel your contract with Telenet.

What Do You Need To Do With a Move?
Are you a customer with Telenet, and do you plan on moving within Belgium? If you only have a mobile subscription, it is sufficient to only change your address in the Mijn Telenet customer zone.
Do you have a broadband subscription (regardless whether this is with or without television and / or mobile), and do you move within Flanders or to one of the communities in Brussels with a Telenet coverage? You then need to inform Telenet about your move through Mijn Telenet. You have to do this 3 to 4 weeks before the move, or 6 weeks if there is not yet a connection to the Telenet network at your new house.
