The fixed line of edpnet allows you to call against rather low prices (0.025€ and 0.130€) to fixed lines and mobile numbers in Belgium. Moreover, no connection cost will be charged, and you can call for free to other edpnet customers and the edpnet customer service.

You will also receive several smart services. The fixed line of edpnet contains number display, the possibility to block numbers, the possibility to transfer calls, voicemail to email and fax to email.

Cancelling an edpnet Contract

Cancelling your edpnet contract can be done in several ways:

  • Take out a contract with another provider, and inform them during the ordering process that you would like to use Easy Switch (when switching for internet and possibly television) and / or that you would like to keep your phone number (when switching for mobile phone). Your new provider will then cancel your contract with edpnet.
  • Call the telecom advisors of CallMePower for help with cancelling your edpnet contract, and taking out a new contract with a different provider: +32 2588 2547.
  • Send edpnet a letter via post or through the webform informing them about the cancellation.

What Do You Need To Do With a Move?

Are you a customer with edpnet, and do you plan on moving within Belgium? If you only have a mobile subscription, it is sufficient to only change your address in the My edpnet customer zone.

Do you, however, have a broadband subscription, then you need to contact the edpnet customer service through the webform or via post, after which they will call you back to make an appointment for the installation in your new house. It is important that you do this at least 3 to 4 weeks before the move date, and 6 weeks if there is not yet a connection to the Proximus network.

If you are moving abroad, you cannot keep your edpnet subscription. Therefore, you would need to cancel the contract. To do so, you need to send edpnet a letter via post or through the webform.
