yoin (formerly Youfone) is a Dutch telecom provider that is also active in Belgium with sharply priced mobile and internet subscriptions. The company runs a fully digital model: no shops, online subscription only, and support split between phone and self-service.
For its mobile and broadband services, yoin uses the network of Proximus, so 4G and 5G coverage is identical to that of Proximus customers. The yoin Youcoins loyalty programme lets customers earn discounts on their monthly bill the longer they stay.
