Cancelling a yoin Contract
Cancelling your yoin contract can be done in several ways:
- Take out a contract with another provider, and inform them during the ordering process that you would like to use Easy Switch (when switching for internet and possibly television) and / or that you would like to keep your phone number (when switching for mobile phone). Your new provider will then cancel your contract with yoin.
- Call the telecom advisors of CallMePower for help with cancelling your yoin contract, and taking out a new contract with a different provider: +32 2588 2547.
- Send an e-mail or letter to yoin or create a ticket in MyYoin to inform them that you would like to cancel the contract.

What Do You Need To Do With a Move?
Are you a customer with yoin, and do you plan on moving within Belgium? If you only have a mobile subscription, it is sufficient to only change your address in the MyYoin customer zone.
Do you, however, have a broadband subscription, then you need to contact the yoin customer service? It is important that you do this at least 3 to 4 weeks before the move date, and 6 weeks if there is not yet a connection to the Proximus network.
If you are moving abroad, you cannot keep your yoin subscription. Therefore, you would need to cancel the contract. To do so, you need to inform yoin in written form about the cancellation.
