Scarlet Fixed Line
With the fixed line of Scarlet you receive unlimited calls to fixed lines in Belgium between 4pm - 8am and in the weekend. Outside these hours and if you call to a mobile phone, you have to pay either per call or per minute.
It is possible to activate options for the fixed line to call 24/7 for free, to call during the off-peak hours for free to mobile numbers and to call during the off-peak hours to numbers in over fifty different countries.

Cancelling a Scarlet Contract
Cancelling your Scarlet contract can be done in several ways:
- Take out a contract with another provider, and inform them during the ordering process that you would like to use Easy Switch (when switching for internet and possibly television) and / or that you would like to keep your phone number (when switching for mobile phone). Your new provider will then cancel your contract with Scarlet.

What Do You Need To Do With a Move?
Are you a customer with Scarlet, and do you plan on moving within Belgium? If you only have a mobile subscription, it is sufficient to only change your address in the MyScarlet customer zone.
For internet or a pack you need to inform Scarlet about the move through the MyScarlet customer zone. It is important that you do this at least 5 weeks before the move date.
If you are moving abroad, you cannot keep your Scarlet subscription. Therefore, you would need to cancel the contract. You have to do this yourself through the MyScarlet customer zone.
