Do you want to take out a contract with Starlink? You can do this yourself through the website of Starlink. It is, however, recommended to first compare all telecom offers before taking out a contract with Starlink. Is the Starlink contract your first contract in Belgium? Do not forget to cancel, if necessary, your telecom contract in your previous country. Did you already have a broadband subscription in Belgium, do not forget to cancel this contract. 

It is not possible to use Easy Switch when you want to subscribe to a different broadband provider and your previous broadband provider was Belgian. Starlink is not a Belgian provider, and Easy Switch only applies to Belgian providers.

Starlink offers a trial period of thirty days, which means that when you can cancel your Starlink contract in the first thirty days, you will get the first month and the materials reimbursed. Do not forget to send all the materials back to Starlink within these thirty days to get reimbursed.

Cancelling Starlink after the trial period has to be done through the online customer zone. It is not possible to use Easy Switch when you want to subscribe to a different broadband provider, since Starlink is not a Belgian provider and Easy Switch only applies to Belgian providers.

The Starlink Roam offers can also be paused for a short period of time. Pausing and re-activation your subscription can be done in the online customer zone.

What Do You Need To Do When You Move?

What you need to do when you move, you only have to change your address in the online customer zone. If you move abroad, do verify whether it is possible to use Starlink on your new address (other subscription prices may apply). Do not forget to bring all the materials with you, which you need to install the Starlink in your new place.
