Theoretically, it is possible to remain a customer with hey telecom, however, you might want to compare local offers with your hey telecom contract and decide for yourself how important it is to keep your Belgian phone number.
If you move within Belgium and have a broadband subscription of hey!, it is important to verify ahead of time whether the place is already connected to the Telenet or VOO network (the networks hey! uses for broadband). If this is the case, you need to inform hey! about your move three to four weeks before the actual moving date. If your new place is not yet connected to either the Telenet or the VOO network, you need to inform hey! at least six weeks before the moving date about the move.
