Who is Brusol?
Brusol is a Brussels energy supplier active since 2018, built around one distinctive model: it installs solar panels for free on roofs across the Brussels-Capital Region and supplies the electricity as the second leg of that offer. By its own account, Brusol manages more than 10,000 free solar installations in the capital, deployed technically in partnership with EnergyVision.
All electricity is 100% green, backed by guarantees of origin (GO). It comes first from Brusol's own Brussels solar production, complemented by wind and small-scale hydro when there is not enough sun. Brusol is not a cooperative — there are no member shares. It is a commercial supplier active exclusively in Brussels, and it also offers gas as a transition product.

Brusol offers two electricity contracts and one gas contract, all for households in the Brussels-Capital Region, with a one-month notice period and no early-termination fee.
Goedkope Stroom (hybrid)
The first 1,800 kWh per year at a price locked for 10 years, the rest at a variable market price. Reserved for customers with a Brusol solar installation.
Groene Stroom (variable)
A fully variable 100% green tariff, open to all Brussels households — no solar installation required.
Gas (transition product)
A variable gas contract for Brussels households, which Brusol presents as a transition product it intends to phase out by 2030.
