- Het is benodigd om de satellietschotel met bijbehorende materialen aan te schaffen, waardoor de initiële kosten hoger liggen.
- De satellietschotel moet geïnstalleerd worden.

Starlink customer service review
De Starlink klantendienst is in onze ogen redelijk beperkt. Als klant kun je enkel via de online klantenzone met Starlink contact opnemen. Als je nog geen klant bent, kun je de Starlink klantendienst enkel via het online contactformulier contacteren.
Wij vinden vooral het ontbreken van een telefoonnummer en mailadres een nadeel. Het ontbreken van een telefoonnummer is echter te verklaren doordat er geen Belgische klantendienst is, je zult dus altijd in het Engels geholpen worden.
