De beperkte contactmogelijkheden voor klanten van skyDSL is in onze ogen een groot nadeel. Ook vinden wij het nadelig dat er geen gratis telefoonnummer is waarop je de skyDSL klantendienst kunt bellen en dat er geen mailadres is, waardoor je altijd het online contactformulier moet invullen.
