Become a skyDSL customer

Subscribe to a new skyDSL plan.

  • Via the skyDSL website — subscribe yourself online.

Notify skyDSL of your move

Change your address with skyDSL — mobile or pack.

Your address change makes sure invoices, post and any visiting engineers reach you at the right address. The approach depends on the type of subscription.

Mobile-only subscription

Change your billing address directly in My skyDSL. Your number and plan remain unchanged.

Internet or pack subscription

Notify your move 2 to 4 weeks in advance — an engineer may need to visit the new address to activate the connection.

Details skyDSL will need

  • Customer or contract number
  • Current and new address
  • Planned moving date
  • Phone number where the engineer can reach you
Note: skyDSL works via satellite — your move is simply an address change in My skyDSL and you take the satellite dish and modem along to your new home yourself.

Cancel or switch from skyDSL

Easy Switch, number portability or via CallMePower.

  • Via CallMePower — cancel and subscribe to a new plan in one call.
  • Easy Switch when switching internet or TV providers — no interruption to your connection.
  • Number portability when switching mobile plans — keep your phone number.
  • Via My skyDSL — manage your cancellation yourself.

Filing a complaint with skyDSL

Stuck with an unresolved problem? Follow these three steps — the Telecommunications Ombudsman is your last resort.

1

Contact customer service

Describe the problem to skyDSL customer service, mention earlier contact attempts and keep the reference number of your case.

2

File a formal complaint

No resolution? Ask for written confirmation in every interaction (by email or in My skyDSL) so you have a paper trail.

3

Ombudsman

Escalate to the Telecommunications Ombudsman — an independent body that mediates between you and the operator.
