De Neibo klantendienst is in onze ogen prima. Je kunt met Neibo telefonisch, per mail en via sociale media contact opnemen.
Een groot pluspunt van Neibo vinden wij de mogelijkheid om de klantendienst gratis te kunnen bellen. Dit is echter wel enkel mogelijk als je met een Neibo nummer belt. Ook dat je de beschikking hebt over een mailadres is in onze ogen positief.
