De Mobile Vikings klantendienst is in onze ogen zeer uitgebreid. Je kunt met Mobile Vikings telefonisch, per mail, via het contactformulier, via WhatsApp, via de online chat, via een ticket in My Viking en via sociale media contact opnemen.
Een groot pluspunt van de Mobile Vikings klantendienst vinden wij de mogelijkheid om als klant gratis de klantendienst te kunnen bellen. Ook de mogelijkheid om Mobile Vikings te contacteren via WhatsApp en de aanwezigheid van een direct mailadres is een voordeel in onze ogen. Daarentegen vinden wij het wel een nadeel dat als je niet met een Mobile Vikings nummer belt, je de Mobile Vikings klantendienst niet gratis kunt bereiken.

Mobile Vikings biedt verschillende internetabonnementen aan, zowel met een VDSL- als een glasvezelaansluiting. Een groot voordeel vinden wij dat de internetabonnementen 100 % onbeperkt zijn, je komt dus niet verrassingen te staan als je 3 TB surfvolume hebt verbruikt.
Daarnaast bieden de Mobile Vikings internetabonnementen de hoogste, maximale internetsnelheid van België (enkel Proximus biedt sneller internet in packs). Hier tegenover staat echter wel dat de Mobile Vikings internetabonnementen niet tot de goedkoopste in de markt behoren.

Mobile Vikings heeft een goed aanbod voor mobiele telefonie met een geschikte keuze voor vrijwel ieder profiel. De abonnementen zijn bovendien goed geprijsd. Daarnaast biedt Mobile Vikings ook data-only abonnementen en een prepaid kaart aan.
De Mobile Vikings gsm-abonnementen behoren echter niet tot de goedkoopste in de markt. Daarnaast is het niet mogelijk om buiten de Europese Unie van data roaming gebruik te maken. Je zult in dit geval altijd een lokale simkaart of een internationale eSIM moeten aanschaffen. Hoewel dit de bescherming geeft dat je niet onverwachts veel kosten maakt op reis, kan dit wel als nadelig ervaren worden.

Bij de Ombudsdienst voor Telecommunicatie zijn in 2024 223 beroepsklachten over Unleashed, waar Mobile Vikings toe behoort, binnengekomen, dat een stijging van 31,86 % ten opzichte van 2023 betekent.
Tel je alle klachten met betrekking tot bemiddeling en kwaadwillige elektronische communicatie bij elkaar op, dan zijn er in totaal 34,34 % meer klachten over Unleashed binnengekomen. Hiermee is zijn Mobile Vikings en JIM Mobile de telecom groep met de meeste klachten na de traditionele telecom aanbieders.
Uit het rapport van de Ombudsdienst blijkt dat de binnengekomen klachten voornamelijk gingen over defecten en storingen en Easy Switch.
