De Mixtus klantendienst is in onze ogen redelijk beperkt. Je kunt met Mixtus enkel telefonisch of via de mail contact opnemen.
Een pluspunt van de Mixtus klantendienst vinden wij de beschikbaarheid van een mailadres. Daar tegenover staat echter wel dat het telefoonnummer van Mixtus betalend is, het is dus niet mogelijk om de Mixtus klantendienst gratis te bellen.
