Mega customer service review
De Mega klantendienst is in onze ogen zeer uitgebreid. Je kunt met Mega telefonisch, via het contactformulier, de online chat, per post en via sociale media contact opnemen. Daarnaast beschikt Mega over een speciale klantendienst speciaal voor telecom, los van de klantendienst voor energie.
Ook vinden wij de mogelijkheid voor het contacteren van Mega per post een positief punt. Daar tegenover staat echter wel dat Mega niet direct via de mail te bereiken is, je zult dus altijd het contactformulier moeten invullen, en dat er geen gratis te bellen telefoonnummer is.

De gsm-abonnementen van Mega worden positief beoordeeld door ons. Je hebt namelijk de keuze tussen een ruime hoeveelheid abonnementen met een hoeveelheid internet dat bij ieder profiel past. Ongeacht of je weinig of veel data verbruikt, bij Mega kun je een gepast abonnement vinden.
Hier tegenover staat echter wel dat de gsm-abonnementen van Mega niet tot de goedkoopste in de markt behoren. Dit komt vooral doordat abonnementen met vergelijkbare prijzen vaak meer data aanbieden. Dit is echter niet altijd het geval, waardoor gsm-abonnementen vergelijken van groot belang is.
