- De informatievoorziening en navigatie op de website is niet altijd even duidelijk en kan daardoor verwarrend zijn.
- Het aanbod is enigszins verwarrend, mede doordat het regelmatig veranderingen doorgaat.

Lycamobile customer service review
De Lycamobile klantendienst is in onze ogen zeer uitgebreid. Je kunt met Lycamobile telefonisch, per mail, via het contactformulier, via de online chat en via sociale media contact opnemen. Lycamobile heeft daarnaast verschillende winkels in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
Een pluspunt van de Lycamobile klantendienst vinden wij de mogelijkheid voor klanten om gratis naar de klantendienst te bellen. Helaas is dit niet het geval als je niet met een Lycamobile nummer belt. Ook vinden wij de aanwezigheid van een direct e-mailadres een zeer goede toevoeging.
Lycamobile mobile review
Lycamobile heeft een zeer groot aanbod aan gsm-abonnementen en bundels voor de prepaid kaart. Hierdoor is er voor vrijwel iedereen wel een geschikte keuze bij Lycamobile. Daarnaast is er een vrije keuze in de looptijd van je contract.
Hier tegenover staat echter wel dat het aanbod met enige regelmaat veranderd. Dit kan verwarrend zijn en zeer nadelig zijn als je een Lycamobile prepaid kaart hebt en dient te veranderen van bundel.

Bij de Ombudsdienst voor Telecommunicatie zijn in 2024 meer klachten binnengekomen dan in 2023 (de Ombudsdienst specificeert niet hoeveel klachten): plus 69,35 % ten opzichte van 2023 betekent.
Tel je alle klachten met betrekking tot bemiddeling en kwaadwillige elektronische communicatie bij elkaar op, dan zijn er in totaal 75,47 % meer klachten over Lycamobile binnengekomen.
De Ombudsdienst licht in het rapport niet toe waar de binnengekomen klachten voornamelijk over gingen.
