De JIM Mobile klantendienst is in onze ogen prima. Je kunt met JIM Mobile telefonisch, per mail en via sociale media contact opnemen.
Pluspunten van de klantendienst van JIM Mobile vinden wij de mogelijkheid om als klant gratis de klantendienst te kunnen bellen en de beschikbaarheid van een mailadres. Het is daarentegen wel jammer dat als je niet met een JIM Mobile nummer belt, je de klantendienst niet gratis kunt bellen.

Tel je alle klachten met betrekking tot bemiddeling en kwaadwillige elektronische communicatie bij elkaar op, dan zijn er in totaal 34,34 % meer klachten over Unleashed binnengekomen. Hiermee is zijn Mobile Vikings en JIM Mobile de telecom groep met de meeste klachten na de traditionele telecom aanbieders.
