- Er wordt maar één internetabonnement met een VDSL-verbinding aangeboden.
- De TV-abonnementen zijn hetzelfde als dat van TV VLAANDEREN.

De FASTfiber klantendienst is in onze ogen prima. Je kunt met FASTfiber per mail, via het online contactformulier, via de chatbot en via sociale media contact opnemen.
Een groot pluspunt van FASTfiber vinden wij de mogelijkheid om de klantendienst een mail te kunnen sturen. Daar tegenover staat echter wel dat het niet mogelijk is om de FASTfiber klantendienst telefonisch te bereiken.
