- Er wordt maar één gsm-abonnement aangeboden.
- Er worden enkel glasvezelabonnementen voor internet aangeboden met een zeer beperkte glasvezeldekking.
- Er worden geen packs aangeboden.

DIGI customer service review
De DIGI klantendienst is in onze ogen prima. Je kunt met DIGI telefonisch, via de mail en via sociale media contact opnemen. Daarnaast beschikt DIGI over verschillende winkels in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
Een pluspunt van DIGI vinden wij de mogelijkheid om gratis de klantendienst te kunnen bellen. Ook het hebben van een direct mailadres is een pluspunt.
DIGI internet review
DIGI biedt zeer goede internetabonnementen aan tegen zeer scherpe prijzen. Hoewel dit zeer positief is, hebben alle internetabonnementen een glasvezelaansluiting en is de fiberdekking van DIGI momenteel nog zeer beperkt. Het is hierdoor voor slechts een kleine hoeveelheid huishoudens mogelijk om een abonnement bij DIGI af te sluiten.
DIGI mobile review
DIGI biedt maar één gsm-abonnement aan. Hoewel dit abonnement voor velen voldoende zal zijn, zal niet iedereen bij DIGI terechtkunnen voor mobiele telefonie. Dit abonnement is daarentegen wel zeer scherp-geprijsd, waardoor het tot de goedkoopste in de markt hoort. Daarnaast bevat dit abonnement onbeperkt bellen en sms'en.
